Bike is sold but I still have the luggage for sale. It was custom made by myself out of MIG welded 1/2" OD steel tubing. Mounts to stock tail rack and the upper of each passenger pegs, very clean, requires no modification or drilling. Taillights relocate to rack with the use of wiring extensions (included), the whole thing mounts and dismounts in about 5 minutes with or without the bags on it.
Currently has a pair of nice suitcase-style cases which aren't quite big enough to fit a full-face helmet. They're roomy but don't have seals so they probably aren't waterproof. I imagine it's be pretty easy to adapt most luggage to this rack. Top of rack is aluminum diamondplate with mounts for a 3 gallon aux fuel tank (included, see pic). Aux tank is a relatively standard boating type tank with quick-release fuel fitting, fuel gauge and venting.
This rack should fit any stock KLX street model and could proabably be adapted to the dirt model as well. It's a nice piece, fits very close to the body to keep things tucked in but is very sturdy and doesn't interfere with anything.
